Customer Service Questions

1. Do you carry talls or petites in your uniform scrubs?
Many of our scrub print tops and solid scrubs run from XS-5X. We carry elastic waist scrub pants in petite sizes, but right now we do not accommodate talls with our scrub pants.

2. Do you have a full catalog of the medical uniforms and scrubs?
We currently have a catalog of all our prints scrubs ans solid colors. Please email your address and we will send you the Medical wear catalog.

3. Do you ship your uniform scrubs internationally?
Yes, we do ship our uniform scrubs internationally. Please contact us for correct freight charges.

4. How do I contact you with a question concerning your uniforms and scrubs?

5. How do your sizes run with your hospital uniforms & medical scrubs?
Our hospital uniform & medical scrub sizes are cut true to size and fit comfortably. XS would be 2-4, SMALL would be 6-8, etc.

6. What is the fabric content of your scrubs, uniforms and lab jackets?
We use a high quality poly-cotton fabric that wears extremely well and resists wrinkles. Our whites are made with a special soil release finish.

7. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in its original packaging with all hangtags attached. Use the return label provided with your order. We will credit your account when we receive the merchandise. We do not refund shipping costs.

8. What is your shipping time?
We ship within 2 business days from when your order is processed.
